How to choose your company's first AI employee

Start with the work that repeats every day and eats your team's time. Three questions to help you choose right the first time.
You don't need a whole team on day one. The best start is a single AI employee where the impact is easy to see, and you measure the result before you grow.
Ask yourself three questions
What do your customers ask most often? If the answer is prices, appointments and orders, start with customer service or bookings. What are you losing? If it's interested customers nobody followed up with, start with sales. What keeps getting put off? If it's content and design, start with the content writer or the designer.
Let the Advisor help
After a short interview, the Advisor suggests AI employees that fit your business and writes their instructions. Suggestions stay off, and you turn on only the ones you need.
Start with a trial period
For the first week, keep the AI employee "supervised": it prepares the reply and its manager approves it. Once you're comfortable, let it work on its own for the simple things.
